George Abou Jreich is a Partner based in the Firm’s Dubai office. With over 23 years of experience in corporate, commercial, and tax law. George specializes in advising clients on various legal matters, including but not limited to compliance and regulatory issues, fintech, international business transactions, sanctions, and commercial litigation.

George’s client base is diverse and includes both international and domestic companies, both in the private and public sectors. He has worked with some of the world’s leading businesses and has helped them to navigate complex legal issues in a range of jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Galadari, George worked for the world’s leading corporate international firms. He has a wealth of experience in licensing and foreign investment matters and has advised clients on some of the most complex and high-profile transactions in the region.
