Position
Laurenz Meckmann advises on national and international transactions, including the purchase and sale of businesses as well as real estate transactions. He provides ongoing consultation in matters of corporate and commercial law in addition to real estate law.
Laurenz Meckmann also puts a strong focus on both national and international operational agreements. He can draw on many years of experience in the design, negotiation and implementation of purchase contracts, distribution agreements, R&D agreements and other contracts on the operational plane, especially for reputable medium sized companies.
