Position
Ezgi Göksu advises on commercial and corporate law issues. She represents companies and their executive bodies in the areas of trade and industry as well as banking in defending and enforcing claims in contentious disputes before both state courts and arbitration tribunals.
Ezgi Göksu advises in addition on compliance requirements, in particular in the area of export control. Other areas of practice include the drafting and negotiation of international contracts as well as data protection law advice.
