Position
Dr. Claudius Dechamps primarily advises companies from the IT, press and media sector as well as manufacturers and mechanical engineering companies in specific legal issues related to their business activities as well as in corporate law and matters of general commercial and civil law. He represents clients in litigation up to European Court level.
He supports companies and their shareholders in corporate structuring activities, such as the design of shareholder agreements or corporate transformations. In this context, he has the benefit of having continuously accompanied corporate clients of different size.
