Career

Antti has over 20 years’ experience in dispute resolution in arbitration, litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He specialises in disputes relating to damages, ICT, contractual relations, securities markets and limited liability companies. Prior to joining Magnusson, Antti worked for many years at an international law firm and was a partner in a boutique law firm where he led the dispute resolution and corporate crime practice. Antti is the long-standing Chair of the Finnish Bar Association’s Mediation Committee and an experienced mediator.  

In addition to dispute resolution, Antti’s particular strengths include corporate crime matters and assignments relating to internal investigations of corporate misconduct. He assists clients in matters relating to fraud, embezzlement, cybercrime, debtor offences, bribery offences, misappropriation of trade secrets, securities offences and crime against occupational safety and health, among others.
