Ville Salonen is a Partner and Head of ESG & Sustainability at Magnusson in Finland.

He has a wide experience of handling complex cross border commercial and transactional matters with a particular focus on mining, real estate, technology and sports.

He is also well known for his recognized work in multi-jurisdictional legal matters in connection with risk management and strategy work.
