Senior Partner

Dean Klaro, Adv., a senior partner at Shekel & Co. Law Offices, joined the firm in 2010. Dean is an expert on a number of tax fields, including income tax and corporate tax, taxation on oil and gas profits and value added tax. In his practice, Dean represents the firm’s clients, which include dominant players in the Israeli economy in legal proceedings vis-a-vis the tax authorities in court and before the authorities themselves. In addition, Dean writes complex opinions and provides ongoing tax consulting and tax planning services, guides clients in large-scale transactions and in obtaining pre-rulings from the tax authorities. Dean is also involved in a number of tax legislation proceedings.
