Ofer Elboim, Adv., a senior partner at Shekel & Co. Law Offices, joined the firm in 1996. Ofer is an expert in the field of taxes, including income tax, value added tax, real estate tax as well as commercial law and real estate laws. Ofer handles and represents clients in complex tax cases before the courts, both in the district courts and the Supreme Court. Ofer is Chairman of the Indirect Taxes Forum of the Israel Lawyers Bar as well as a member of the Income Tax and Real Estate Tax forums of the Israel Lawyers Bar. He lectures in various forums and publishes articles on taxes in professional journals.
