Andreas Herrmann has been Counsel in KWR's construction and real estate team since 2024. Prior to that, he was part of KWR as a lawyer from 2018 to 2024. He also advises national and international real estate investment funds.

During his studies, Andreas Herrmann went through various academic and professional stations abroad, including Bangkok, Windhoek, New York and Brussels. From 2014 to 2018, Andreas Herrmann was a trainee lawyer at KWR in the real estate team. He successfully passed his bar exam in 2016. In a book published in 2018, in a book contribution and in several articles in professional journals, Andreas Herrmann has dealt professionally with special problems under construction and real estate law, in particular in the area of the passing on of risk in the construction contract.
