Thomas Haselberger is an attoreny, tax advisor and court expert and has been responsible for restructuring and insolvency law at KWR since 2021. Since 2021, he has also been an insolvency administrator and restructuring officer. After his tax advisor traineeship (2007-2009) and trainee at KWR (2010-2012), he joined CONSPECTRA in the field of economic restructuring advice (2013-2017). In 2018, he returned to the legal profession and worked at ABEL Attorneys at Law in legal restructuring advice/insolvency administration as an associate until 2021.
