Wieke van Angeren (partner) is specialised in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with a focus on software and IT (sourcing, licenses, SaaS, e-commerce). She also deals with IT disputes. Wieke regularly assists clients like banks and insurance companies and companies within the TMT-sectors in various sourcing and IT projects. She also advises clients in respect of license, distribution, franchise, joint development and R&D arrangements.

Member of Sourcing Nederland, the Netherlands Association for Information Technology and Law and the ITechlaw Association.
