Eliane de Vilder (partner) specialises in commercial contracts with a particular focus on software and IT. She has advised on numerous complex multi-jurisdictional outsourcing projects and has extensive experience of acting on other technology, agency and distribution agreements, as well as broader TMT-related agreements. She also assists client in disputes concerning technology-related matters.

Eliane is a contributor to PLC Outsourcing Handbook (2010/2011) and co-author of a preliminary advice on open source software (‎NVVIR, 2006).
