Simon is a Legal Director in our Energy, Infrastructure and Natural Resources team and is qualified in both Scotland and England & Wales.

He has previously spent a number of years with the industrial company Lafarge (before its merger with Tarmac), as Senior Property and Planning Counsel dealing with renewable and energy contracts, real estate and commercial leasing and general advisory work.

Simon specialises in onshore renewable energy and strategic land development projects in addition to other complex property work including minerals, investment, commercial development and security transactions.
