Career
Talking to clients on a daily basis for over 25 years, Esther (Eti) has acquired a uniquely panoramic view of the commercial and intellectual property landscape in Israel and abroad and uses her close relationships with professionals in the field to leverage the value of her client’s IP strategies.
Esther specializes in guiding clients at the early stages of their IP journey, and accompanies them through their venture’s lifecycle. She acts as a business hub for clients in the Israeli market, creating connections that lead to commercial and business value beyond that of intellectual property.
Having worked extensively with leading entities in the Israeli economy, hi-tech, and beyond, Esther acts as a mentor, judge in high-tech competitions, and an intellectual property consultant for various entities.
As of July 2023, Esther serves as the chairwoman of the Council for the Advancement of Women in Science and Technology. The Council operates under the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology. It aims to coordinate between private, public, and international bodies to promote, integrate, and increase the scope of women engaged in professions based on science and technology and improve their status in these fields.
Esther also hosts the podcast “Living the Vision” on the Radios 100 radio station, which aims to inspire through stories of people who created a significant change in Israeli society with the help of technology and innovation.

Esther holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Ben-Gurion University.
Leisure
Esther dedicates about half of her time to social and community work on a voluntary basis, and serves on dozens of public committees, including as the Chairman of the board of Yachdav, member of the board of Ben-Gurion University, The Sami Shamoun College of Technology, The Menachem Begin Heritage Center, The Ayalim Association, The Hapoel Beer Sheva Youth League, and more. In addition, Esther has served as a council member in her hometown of Omer for the past 25 years.
Esther involves the Group in her social and communal activities in the fields of education, culture, welfare and sports, with an emphasis on the social and economic development of the Negev.
Esther has received numerous honors for her work in the social sphere, including the Beer Sheva Award for Excellence, and the “Graduate Medal” from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. In 2006, she was chosen to light a beacon in the prestigious Independence Day torch-lighting ceremony on Mount Herzl for her unique contribution to the development of the Negev.
Esther has also spearheaded the public struggle to transfer IDF intelligence units to the Negev, a project of enormous importance for the technological and economic advancement of the Negev. This led to the opening of the tender for the establishment of the Intelligence Campus in the Negev – and is expected to lead to the growth of the high-tech industry in the area.
