Education

Sinai graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.Sc. in Agriculture in 1982.

He moved to Israel in July 1982 and worked briefly as a researcher in the Department of Parasitology in Hadassah Ein Kerem medical center, prior to pursuing an M.Sc. in Animal Science at the Robert H. Smith Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environment in Rehovot which he completed in 1985.

Sinai worked at Bio Taglit until returning to school for his Ph.D. in the Department of Cellular biochemistry, at Hadassah Ein Kerem, which he completed in 1993. Sinai spent nearly 5 years as a post doc in the Department of Cellular Biochemistry at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas before returning to Israel to begin work in Patent law in January of 1999.

He passed the licensing exam in Israel in 2004 and in the US in 2009. Sinai worked in several high-profile firms in Israel, as an in-house counsel for an industrial consulting business, and operated a solo practice for years before joining The Luzzatto Group.
