Shimon is an IP lawyer and part of the litigation team at The Luzzatto Group. Shimon’s expertise in the legal fields covers commercial law and litigation of Patents, Trademarks, and designs in Israel and abroad. Shimon takes part in complex Intellectual Property litigation cases in various fields. Shimon excels at problem-solving, using creative thinking to provide optimal solutions to clients.

Shimon is a member of The Israel Bar Association and the International Trademark Association (INTA).

Shimon holds a Bachelor of Laws, LL.B, Magna Cum Laude, from Sapir Academic College. He also holds a Master of Law in commercial law, LL.M, from Tel Aviv University.

After graduating, Shimon joined the IP firm Luthi & Co. as an intern. Before joining The Luzzatto Group, Shimon worked for a few years in a ranked civil-commercial firm as a litigator and at Elbit Systems as a product manager.
