He is very experienced with various pre-PCT and foreign filings matters and procedures, worldwide legal procedures, and reports.

Other areas of expertise include European validations, portfolio and patent families cost estimates, and more.

Gilad is a member of The Israel Bar Association and the International Trademark Association (INTA).

After acquiring an LL.B. degree, Gilad spent a short period as a family lawyer before entering the intellectual property profession in 2004 by joining The Luzzatto Group.
