Position

Andrew is a partner in the commercial property department and is head of the commercial property team.

Partner dealing with development agreements (offices, industrial, retail and leisure, residential); property portfolio acquisition and sale; landlord and tenant with an emphasis on the leisure sector; VAT on property.

Career

He specialises in both landlord and tenant work, acting mainly for occupiers in the hospitality sector, as well as undertaking property development work and property investment work.

His clients include a range of residential developers, a number of household name restaurant clients, private family offices and a high-profile state owned airline. He also acts for clients in the self-storage and gym sectors.

Andrew has now 30 years’ experience in the commercial property sector, acting for residential developers throughout this time and for clients in the hospitality and leisure sector for the past 25 years, resulting in a wealth of knowledge which enables him to provide sound commercial advice to all his clients.
