Andersen Global assigned Katarina Kresal, Managing Partner, to co-chair the entire CEE Subregion of Andersen Global. Since December 2022, she is also a member of the Global Management Committee of Andersen Global, which comprises ten members from the US, Canada, EU, UK, Middle East and Africa. The Committee is essential in integrating Andersen Global's business and defining its future.

Furthermore, SENICA expanded its legal and tax capabilities in Slovenia via Andersen Global by establishing Andersen Advisory, Ltd., as its subsidiary. Andersen Advisory, Ltd., provides tax, accounting, valuation and other business advisory services, and with SENICA, forms Andersen in Slovenia.

SENICA employs a diverse team of legal and tax experts, many of whom have an international background working in various countries, including Germany and Luxemburg.

Furthermore, SENICA’s Founding and Managing Partner, Miro Senica, founded the Parus Foundation, which enables the best graduates of the Faculty of Law at the University of Ljubljana to take on postgraduate studies in commercial law and the law of legal and economic sciences at the best universities abroad.
