Bárbara has a significant experience in matters of civil law declarative, integrating a team specializing in this area, being responsible for several issues, with special emphasis on the law of obligations, contracts, civil liability contractual and non-contractual liability, by ensuring, in this context, the preparation of petitions, protests and other pleadings, complaints, resources in all its aspects, ensuring the inherent judicial as audiences previews and discussion and judgement.

She is a key lawyer of the Employment & Labour department, working in the areas of Labour and Social Security, Civil Litigation, Declaratory and Executive, Real Estate, Debt Recovery and Insolvency and Criminal Law.

She has a Law degree from the University of Lisbon Law School in 2008 and an Intensive course about Amendments to Labour Legislation from the Catholic University of Lisbon Law School in 2012. She also holds a post-graduate studies in Labour Law from the University of Coimbra Law School in 2012, and another post-graduate studies in Consumer Law from the University of Lisbon Law School in 2013.
