Specializes in mergers and acquisitions (both local and cross border, with specific reference to acquisitions and disposals of shareholdings and undertakings), restructuring operations and joint ventures, corporate law and corporate governance, contracts (agency, commission, resale and non-standard contracts) and Compliance (pursuant to legislative decree 231).

He is a member of the Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza) of several companies.
