Graduated in law from Brescia’s Università degli Studi and attended the post-graduate master course in International and EU law Collegio Europeo in Parma.

Registered with the Milan Bar Association.

He has dealt with the preparation and implementation of organisational models pursuant to legislative decree 231/20012 since the introduction of the legislation. He is a member of several supervisory bodies (organismi di vigilanza) in major domestic and multinational companies.

His practice also includes company and business law, civil law and litigation.
