His practice includes advice on tax and company law matters mainly to international companies engaged in different industrial sectors, including automotive, the restaurant business, the textile industry, commodities, oil & gas, entertainment, information technology.

He has acquired significant experience with acquisitions and other corporate reorganizations, corporate restructurings and insolvency proceedings.

Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of major national and international companies.
