Graduated in law from the University L. Bocconi of Milan in 2003.

Member of the Milan Bar Association since January 2007.

He attended the Scuola di Alta Formazione in Labour Law organised by the AGI - Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani, in 2007/2008 and has been a member of the same association since then.

He has gained significant experience in assisting Italian and foreign companies, in particular those operating in the credit, commercial and industrial sectors, providing day-to-day assistance in contentious and non-contentious matters, dealing in particular with documentation relating to the establishment, management and termination of employment relationships (especially with executives), company policies (smart working, holidays, company tools, manuals, etc. ), corporate welfare, deferred compensation plans (stock options, restricted stock units, phantom options, etc.), transfers, agency agreements and assistance in extraordinary corporate transactions.

He is the author of numerous publications on labour law and trade union law and has participated as a speaker at various conferences and events on this subject.
