Selma Ünlü has 28 years of experience in IP, Advertising & Life Sciences and IT Law practice; until her joining to NSN Law Firm as a Senior Partner, she worked in an international top tier law firm as an equity partner and head of IP. Currently, she is leading the same practice groups in NSN Law firm. She has been regularly recognized by Legal 500, World Trademark Review and Monthly Lawyer. She is a court-appointed expert before IP courts and Commercial Court on IP and IT related disputes. She is a domain name panelist before WIPO and ADNRSC. She takes roles in comities in ECTA and Marques.

She is an experienced IP litigator and has wide ranging experience advising major clients in cross-border IP litigation matters including but limited to Trademark, Copyright, Unfair Competition, Design and Geographical Indication and Plant Varieties. She handled large national and multinational IP portfolios, from the registration to complex litigation, of the world’s leading companies for consecutive many years. She has significant experience in negotiating complex license, know how, copyright agreements and in IP due diligence. She is the author of numerous publications on protection of well-known marks, 3D marks, unregistered marks, medicinal marks, INN routes, domain names, online infringements and advertisements.

She has specialization in Life Sciences Law, IP and pharmaceutical Trademarks and Patent litigations.
