Position

Cyrill Süess is an accomplished dispute resolution expert in civil and commercial matters representing international and domestic clients in state courts and arbitration. He worked for several years at different courts and law firms in London and Germany. Cyrill Süess’ profound knowledge of civil procedural law and his experience with contractual and non-contractual conflicts complement the pragmatic advice he offers. It also enables him to identify potential problems early on and act accordingly. He deepened his knowledge of arbitration during his LL.M. studies at Queen Mary University of London. In addition, he advises on employment law and is still a substitute judge at the district court of Dietikon.
