Position

For many years, Hélène Weidmann has been advising private and public companies as well as entrepreneurs. She assists her clients from the incorporation of their business to its sale, with respect to all contractual and regulatory issues that may arise during the business life of their company. Hélène Weidmann has a strong expertise in the fields of commercial transactions, shareholders’ disputes and stock exchange regulations. She is active, in particular, in mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, restructuring and corporate governance. She also regularly assists her clients with the drafting and negotiation of all types of commercial contracts. Her personal and professional skills as well as her great interest in the activities of her clients allow her to offer contractual structures adapted to her clients’ individual needs and tailored to secure their interests. In the field of stock exchange regulations, Hélène Weidmann regularly assists both issuers with their ongoing listing duties (ad hoc publicity, corporate governance, financial reporting, management transactions and regular reporting obligations) and their shareholders in particular with respect to the disclosures of significant shareholdings. Hélène Weidmann is recognized by SIX Swiss Exchange Regulation as a recognized representative in the areas of bonds, derivatives and equity securities.
