Anna joined bpv Huegel in 2018 as paralegal. Since 2021, she has been part of the Corporate/M&A practice group as an associate specializing in national and international M&A transactions and cross-border corporate reorganisations. Anna also deals with general litigation and advises on civil and corporate law matters.

Work highlights include advising

investors and management on the sale of a majority stake in EYYES GmbH, a pioneer in artificial intelligence driving assistance solutions, to German-based Vector Informatik GmbH a leading Austrian electricity company on the acquisition of a 10.15 MW wind farm in Austria Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 4 on the sale of a stake in Energie Steiermark to the Province of Styria
