Nicolas specialises in tax law. His focus is tax advice in connection with M&A transactions, cross-border structuring and financings. He also advises on tax controversies and tax-driven internal investigations (and how to deal with the findings).

He is uniquely qualified not just as attorney at law but also as tax advisor both in Austria and Germany. This and the several years of top-tier work experience allow him to advise clients with a particular understanding of both Austrian and international tax implications.
