Associate representing clients in proceedings before state courts, arbitral tribunals (ICC, Swiss Rules, ad hoc) and administrative bodies, focusing on commercial and corporate disputes across various industry sectors, including trade, technology, insurance, financial services and sports. He has a particular focus on insolvency, enforcement, asset recovery and white-collar criminal proceedings.
Education
Studies at the University of Zurich (MLaw, 2016) and the University of New South Wales, Sydney (exchange semester, 2015); postgraduate studies at the University of Cape Town (LL.M. in Commercial Law with a focus on Dispute Resolution, 2023)
