Career
Mr. Naoum Farah is a highly accomplished legal professional with a diverse range of experience and expertise. He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree (1972) from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon. In addition, he has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy (1971) from the University of Lyon in France.
Throughout his career, Mr. Naoum Farah has held several important positions, including serving as an adviser to the late President Elect of Lebanon, Mr. Bashir Gemayel, as well as former President Amine Gemayel in 1982. He was also the former Secretary General of the Association for the Constitution and Liberty in Lebanon and is the President and co-founder of "Memoria" Association.
He has extensive experience in handling a wide range of commercial transactions and business-related legal issues, including corporate restructuring and reorganization, mergers and acquisitions (M&As), due diligence, and strategic alliances. He is also well-versed in corporate insolvency issues, bankruptcy, arrangements with creditors, and debt recovery, as well as commercial fraud.
In addition to his legal expertise, Mr. Naoum Farah also has a wealth of experience in terrestrial and satellite TV broadcasting, telecommunication, satellite law, media entertainment, and intellectual property matters.
Mr. Naoum Farah is a member of the International Arbitration Institute (IAI-Paris) and the International Bar Association (IBA), highlighting his involvement in international legal matters, and he currently serves as the Head of the Law Office.
