Ketti Kvartskhava is a Managing Partner of BLC Law Office. Ketti is a recognized leader among practicing lawyers in Georgia. With over 20 years of practice, Ketti is a renowned litigator and negotiator, her opinion is frequently sought by international companies, organizations and media. She leads the teams of BLC in high profile corporate, finance, tax and commercial matters, transactions, negotiations, litigations and International commercial and investment arbitrations.

Ketti Kvartskhava is actively involved in the legislative drafting process. She led the teams in drafting the Comments to the Tax Code; amendments to the banking laws, Competition laws, Civil Procedure Code, Forestry, etc.

Ketti acts as an arbitrator in large business disputes.
