Chen has acted for prominent international and Israeli energy and infrastructure clients, including: N.T.A – Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd, Tahal Group Assets BV and Afcon Holdings in additional to international corporation in other sectors such as Ruby Ventures and Barclays Bank.
