Chen is a partner in ERM’s Corporate Department and advises on Energy & Infrastructure, Banking & Finance and M&A matters. She represents Israeli and international clients on complex projects, financings and transactions, with particular expertise in the energy sector.

Chen regularly advises banks, financial institutions, energy companies, investment funds and industrial clients on large-scale energy and infrastructure projects, including renewable energy matters, project finance transactions and complex tender processes. Her practice includes advising on project structuring, financing arrangements and core project documentation, including EPC, O&M and related commercial agreements.

In addition, Chen advises on acquisitions, investments and other strategic transactions in the energy and infrastructure space, and is particularly experienced in matters involving the intersection of projects, finance and corporate work.
