Career

Tamar Dolev-Green, Partner at ERM, is a well-recognized expert in competition law. Tamar began her professional way as a senior attorney at Israel Competition Authority. She then became a partner and co-head of competition, antitrust and regulatory affairs at Epstein Chomsky Osnat & co., and later at M. Firon & Co., in Tel Aviv, following their merger, where she successfully represented leading multinational and local corporations such as Oil Refineries (Bazan Group), MasterCard, Toshiba, Thyssenkrupp and more. During her tenure, both law firms have been repeatedly ranked among the leading competition law firms in Israel by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, BDI, D&B and Global Competition Law Review. Most recently, she served as Legal & Compliance Lead, Director and Leadership Team member, at the leading pharmaceuticals company MSD Israel (subsidiary of the US corporate Merck & Co., Inc. (MRK (NYSE)), where she significantly contributed from her expertise in competition law and also served as a member of MSD International's competition law Center of Excellence.
