Nimrod is a co-founder of ERM, the firm’s managing partner and co-head of its M&A & Private Equity practice. He advises on M&A, High Tech and private equity matters, with particular expertise in complex cross-border transactions.

Nimrod represents private equity funds, growth funds, venture capital funds, strategic buyers, technology companies, founders and sellers in a broad range of domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, venture capital transactions and other strategic corporate matters.

Qualified in both Israel and England & Wales, Nimrod brings extensive international experience to his practice and is particularly well placed to advise on sophisticated transactions involving Israeli and foreign clients across multiple jurisdictions.
