Gideon Weinbaum heads ERM’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department. He advises Israeli and international clients on complex commercial litigation, international disputes and arbitration matters, and is particularly experienced in high-stakes proceedings involving cross-border elements.

Gideon represents corporations, institutional investors and senior business figures in a wide range of contentious matters, including class action defence, derivative claims, shareholder disputes and other sensitive commercial disputes. He has substantial experience in arbitration, including international arbitration, and regularly advises on proceedings in Israel and abroad.

Qualified in both Israel and New York, Gideon appears before all levels of the Israeli courts and is widely recognised for his strategic approach to complex disputes, particularly those involving significant commercial, regulatory or reputational exposure.
