Position

Marija is a senior associate at Law Firm Georgi Dimitrov and her work mainly includes matters concerning mining and commodities, international contracts and products’ liability. Marija the key person advising Samsung on various tech legal aspects, protection of consumers and data protection.Since 2017, Marija was part of the team providing full legal support to Orion Mine Finance in the full-circle M&A transaction concernign SASA Mine, as well as several other mine acquisition projects in the country. In 2018 she advised SASA mine in a contract for construction of hydro tailing dump. She is current legal representaive of Wiebe in the PP arrangment regarding railway corridor reconstruction in the country, offering overall legal support and counceling.

Career

Marija joined Georgi Dimitrov Attorneys as a trainee in 2011. Admitted in the Macedonian Bar Association in March, 2014.

Fluent in English, basic understanding of German and Italian

Education

Graduated at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus” in Skopje in 2011 summa cum laude and received LLM in Civil Law from the same faculty in 2013. Passed Bar Exam in 2014.
