Roland Gerlach has done everything you would expect from a highly specialized employment lawyer. Roland Gerlach's specialization began at ski lodges, where employment law seminars were held at the time, which made them much more attractive than other courses. In the meantime, 40 years have passed and his loyalty to employment law (and skiing) has remained.
