Sarah is an employment law specialist having started her career at Eversheds in 2000. Sarah has been practising employment law for over 22 years advising on all aspects of employment. including tribunal proceedings, enforcing restrictive covenants and injunction proceedings, settlement agreements, advisory work in relation to areas such as disciplinaries, grievances and discrimination. Sarah is also very experienced in advising in respect of large scale redundancies, collective consultant and TUPE transfers and assists with corporate transactions from an employment perspective. Sarah regularly appears in the press including the Daily Mail and The Times; several of her tribunal case decisions have been reported through the BBC.
