Rowan Is a senior Associate in the Corporate Commercial Team at Gorvins and has been since 2013.

Rowan Qualified in December 2013. As a member of the Corporate & Commercial Team since 2013, Rowan’s focus is on transactional work including share and asset acquisitions, MBOs, corporate re-organisations and joint ventures. Rowan has also built significant experience advising on a variety of commercial matters, and acts for clients in the manufacturing, distribution, service and tech sectors. He has a particular interest in working with family businesses and is also a member of the Gorvins Family Business Team.
