Paolo has gained a specific experience in litigation, particularly with regard to factoring, banking law and life science. Paolo is also involved in the activities aimed to the transfer of portfolio of NPL and healthcare receivables and to the related administration and collection. He’s also gained a significant experience in the insolvency procedures. Paolo assists banks, factors, companies operating in the life science sector and companies operating as servicer e master servicer. He’s also author of publications in the factoring sector and rapporteuer in conferences and he carries out activities of staff training for banks and primary companies.
