Elena Grigò focuses on banking and financial law and crisis and insolvency law. She regularly advises leading banks and financial intermediaries, as well as investors and companies, in reorganisation and debt restructuring transactions in the context of crisis and insolvency regulation instruments (“strumenti di regolazione della crisi e dell’insolvenza”) and of the procedure for the negotiated settlement of a business crisis (“composizione negoziata della crisi”).

Elena is also regularly involved in financing transactions as well as in various types of transactions aimed at destocking NPEs.

Elena has authored numerous articles on crisis and insolvency law, banking law and civil procedure, and she is a regular speaker at seminars and professional development courses.
