Ludovico Anselmi focuses on intellectual and industrial property, assisting leading Italian and foreign clients both in court  (in major litigations)  and out of court (in drafting contracts and opinions).

Among other things, he has gained significant experience in Internet intermediary liability, with particular reference to online copyright protection, as well as in e-commerce and other IT issues.

He is enrolled in the register of specialized attorneys (civil law – intellectual property law), a PhD in intellectual property law and the author of many publications pertaining to intellectual property, copyright protection on the Internet and Artificial Intelligence (areas, in relation to which he also speaks as a speaker at specialized conferences).
