Giuseppe Cardona focuses on civil, commercial and insurance litigation, representing and defending companies and individuals before Italian courts and Arbitral Tribunal. He has also gained significant experience in the out-of-court and pre-litigation phase, advising clients and assisting them in the assessment and prevention of litigation risks, as well as out-of-court settlement agreements.

Admitted to the Italian Bar Association since 2015. Since 2024, after successfully completing the final examination of the course, he has been enrolled in the Special Register of Lawyers admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation and other superior authorities. He is also author of some articles on civil procedural law.
