Career
Benedetta is the legal consultant of millionaire turnover companies: to their satisfaction with her way of doing things, in being their legal pillar day by day, year after year. In the meantime, she stays by companies and public administrations’ side within the framework of their activities at regional, national, European and international levels.
She is Full-tenured Associated Professor of European Union Law and International Law , School of Law, University of Milan-Bicocca, School of Law for Financial Police, Academy of the Financial Police.
Further, she is Coordinator of EPPO and EU Law: a Step Forward in Integration, Jean Monnet Module, Erasmus+ - EU programme for education, training, youth and sport., School of Law, University of Milan-Bicocca. Also, she coordinates EU Erasmus KA+ 171, Mobility for teaching and training activities, University of Sydney. Besides, she is the one Italian lawyer whose expertise as a Facilitator has been recognized by the United Nations. She is UNESCO Facilitator, Global Capacity Building Programme for the effective implementation of the 2003 Convention on safeguarding intangible cultural heritage. Since 2010 she is a Legal Expert, programme/policy evaluator and capacity builder for UNESCO, WIPO, WHO, Hague Conference of Private International Law, the World Bank, the EU, Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Italian Ministry of Justice, Italian Ministry of Culture, Regione Lombardia, Municipality of Cremona, British Library Sustainable Development Programme, Coventry University, communities in West Bengal, India; British Council Creative Spark C-DaRE and CACSARC-kg, Kyrgyzstan, Finnish Heritage Agency - Ministry of Cultural Heritage.

Member of ACHS-Association of Critical Heritage Studies subgroup “Intangible Cultural Heritage Network” since 2006; co-organizer and co-principal investigator of an international panel for the Third Biennial Conference, Montreal, on the topic: “At the UNESCO Feast: Foodways across Global Heritage Governance” in 2016.
Member of several doctoral commissions and thesis supervision (including doctoral commission in Intangible Heritage in Socio-Cultural Innovation: University of Milano-Bicocca; Co-supervisor together with Prof. Ivana Kunda of Yunus Emre AY's doctoral thesis at the Rijeka Doctoral Study on effects of territoriality of patent rights on applicable law and jurisdiction in non-contractual disputes under the EU and US laws).
