Enrico is full professor of criminal law at the School of Law of the University of Padua and He is adjunct professor at the Institut für Italienisches Recht of the University of Innsbruck. In the context of thirty years of activity as a lawyer he has practiced for important clients - individuals and companies - in relation to issues of corporate criminal law, Public Administration and liability of legal entities, companies and associations under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.

Member of the Italian Bar Association since 1989. He has been authorized to practice before the Court of Cassation since 2001.
