Mgr. Jiří Bárta, LL.M., is a partner at bpv BRAUN PARTNERS in Prague and heads up the real estate law practice. His other areas of specialization include M&A (mergers and acquisitions), construction, administrative law and mining law. He also works in personal data protection (GDPR) and has recently begun working on a new family law project called Rodina v Právu. He has published many articles in mainstream media outlets and gives lectures at universities. In the course of his career, he has taken part in a number of key transactions and become a recommended expert for real estate law according to the European Legal 500.
