Serves as Legal Advisor to the Israel Land Appraisers Association as well as Legal Advisor to the Tel Aviv Municipality. Adv. Mizrahi also lectures regularly before professional associations such as: the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Land Appraisers Association and the Bar Association. Publishes weekly on the "Globes" newsletter on various topics relating to tax and land taxation. Co-author of the book titled "Land Requistion Taxation".
