Nathalie Anvar Hammer is a partner in the firm's Taxation Group.

Nathalie advises clients on tax aspects of a wide range of international and domestic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and equity-based plans. Also, Nathalie handles tax rulings from the Israel Tax Authority, on a variety of tax matters.

Prior to joining Meitar Nathalie was a senior accountant at the Tax Department of Somekh Chaikin, Certified Public Accountants.
