Career

Yehuda (Hudy) Dolev is a partner in the firm's Banking and Finance Group.

Hudy represents clients in the fields of banking and capital markets, compliance and corporate governance (including governance issues relating to banks without a controlling shareholder), compensation for senior executives, D&O insurance and indemnification, and reporting obligations. Hudy also advises clients in handling complex transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial loan agreements and project finance.

Hudy has extensive experience in representing banks and other financial corporations before regulatory and governmental authorities, including in matters related to key legislative reforms in his areas of practice. Such recent reforms include extensive amendments to the Israeli Companies Law (2011, 2012); the Executive Compensation in Financial Corporations Law (2016); prominent legislation for the promotion of competition and reduction of concentration, including the Strum Law (2013, 2016); and recent reforms in the field of payment services, which were based, inter alia, on the European Payment Services Directive (2019).
